LACE WIG INFORMATION

1. Are your wigs made of 100% human hair?

YES. All of our lace wigs are made of 100% human hair and you can treat it as your own hair.

2. What are Lace Front Wig and Full Lace Wig? 

Lace Front Wig: "Lace Front or Front Lace Wig only has lace in the front of the wig and the remainder of the wig is made from a regular netted wig cap or other materials such as thin-skin. You are not able to wear a front lace wig in high up dos or ponytails. 

Full Lace Wig: "Full Lace Wigs" are lace wigs which are designed with the entire wig cap being made from lace as well as lace all around the perimeter of the wig. Full lace wigs allow you to wear your hair in high up dos and ponytails. Upon applying & adhering the lace wig, a flawless, natural and undetectable hairline is created.

4. What are Bleached Knots? 

When a dark hair is tied to the base of a lace wig with a knot, you can see a dark dot on the skin, especially when the base is lace. Lace cannot hide the knot in the same way a monofilament base does. Bleached knots usually are only done at the front of the lace wig and it helps create the illusion that your hair is growing out of your head.

5. What does Density refer to?

The density refers to how thick the hair is and what density you order is really based on personal choice. Most women achieve a natural appearance with 150% density however, your choice will depend on your styling preferences and individual profile.

6. How long can I expect the wig to last?

The life of your wig will depend on your use and care of it. If handled and maintained properly, it should last you about 6-12 months. If used as your main form of hair replacement and you are using daily, it is realistic to expect it to last 3-6 months.

ORDER/SHIPPING INFORMATION

7. If I place an order today, when will I receive it?

If your order is in stock, normally we need 1-3 business days to process your order and it will take another 2-3 business days to reach you by UPS.

How long does it take for the wig to ship?

Custom Orders – Custom customer requested orders take on average 25 -30 days to complete. Once your wig is completed – it will be shipped to you via UPS. You will be notified when your wig ships out and sent tracking information. You will be required to sign for the package upon delivery.

Stock Orders – stock wigs ship out from our production facility within 2-3 business days of payment clearance/posting unless otherwise noted. If you pay via credit card please note that even though your credit transaction is approved, we do not receive the funds immediately. Depending on your bank, it can take 1 to 3 business days for your payment to actually post to our bank. Your stock wig will be shipped via UPS. You will be notified when your order ships and provided with a shipment tracking number. You will be required to sign for the package upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY

The 7-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy REFUND GUIDELINES:The guarantee policy is ONLY in regards to shipping errors made on in stock purchases for a human hair full lace wig or lace front wig and is ONLY valid if the item was not worn, cut and/or altered in any way or form, including brushing it. Although shipping errors are very rarely made, for we go through a series of assembly method controls (including photographing the item prior to shipment) to prevent such an error. An example of a shipping error would be if you ordered a jet black wig and received a blond one instead. Special order requests on in stock units and custom orders are not covered in the guarantee policy and neither are purchase errors (i.e. you choose the wrong color, density or length) by customers. Please note that custom orders are final sale, however an exchange may be granted at a 30% restocking fee

Authorized Refund Requests Based on Shipping Error must be approved before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you receive your item and it is not the ordered color, and/or style as stated on your receipt then you must contact our customer service department at 1-833-522-3482 or info@princesslacewig.com to discuss your claim. If your claim is approved you will be provided with a return ID number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back for a refund. Return items must be sent back in the original factory condition. The item(s) must not be worn, cut and/or altered in any way or form, including brushing it and exposure to foul smells (i.e. cigarette smoke). Return item(s) must be sent by courier within 7 days from the date of receipt. We must receive the item at least one week from the date of receipt. If we do not receive the item or receive it on at least one week before the date of receipt, you WILL NOT receive a refund. Do not mark, or attach anything that may cause damage to the original factory packaging. Damaged packaging/wig will not be accepted for return/exchange. Once we receive it, we will assess the unit to ensure that it is indeed ours, it's in the same condition as it was sent and was not altered or worn or exposed to foul smells (i.e. cigarette smoke). Upon completion of the review, a consultant will contact you to discuss your claim and the results of the assessment.  Shipping costs for a refund is incurred by the customer.

EXCHANGE GUIDELINES:

Authorized Exchange Requests:

If for some reason you are not happy with the length, color or texture of the human hair unit bought, you have the option to request an authorized exchange.

Exchange requests must be approved before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You must contact our customer service department at 1-833-522-3482 or info@princesslacewig.com to discuss your request. If your request is approved you will be provided with an exchange ID number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back for an exchange.

Exchange requests must be made and sent within the first 7 days of receiving your package. We will not accept an exchange request thereafter. The item(s) must not be worn, cut and/or altered in any way or form, including brushing it and exposure to foul smells (i.e. cigarette smoke). Return item(s) must be sent back in the original factory condition. If we do not receive the item or receive it on at least one week before the date of receipt, you WILL NOT receive an exchange. Do not mark, or attach anything that may cause damage to the original factory packaging. Damaged packaging/wig will not be accepted for return/exchange. Upon completion of the review, a consultant will contact you to discuss your request and the results of the assessment. All shipping and receiving costs for the exchange is incurred by the customer. Authorized Exchange Fees: Returns for exchange will require a restocking fee of $10 or 15% (whichever is greater) for each item. The restocking fee is for exchanges for the same or different item at an equal or greater price. A 30% restocking fee will apply for exchanges for items less than the price of the original item.
